Shipping Policy

Shipping costs are calculated by weight and will be displayed at checkout. I'll post orders 1 / 2 business days after order date, however some delays may occur so please bear with me.

 

ITALY

Italian orders will be shipped with SDA / Crono tracked courier and will hit you in 24/48h. For CDs, tapes and 7" will also be available a cheaper standard option.

 

EUROPE

European orders will be shipped with tracked courier.

Also cheaper standard option will be available at check out (please take note that i can't be held responsible for lost parcels in this case)

UK, Norway, Switzerland, Greece, Cyprus and Malta orders will be shipped with Poste Italiane's registered shipping (larger orders over 2KG can be sent using a different courier - so please enquire at cave.argento@gmail.com) or cheaper standard option.

TIP: save on shipping, order more items at once.

 

AMERICA / ASIA

All the orders will be shipped with Poste Italiane's registered shipping (larger orders over 2KG can be sent using a different courier - so please enquire at cave.argento@gmail.com).

OCEANIA

Same as America / Asia

 

STORE ASIDE / HOLD / ADD TO ORDER

Using this option at checkout, no shipping cost will be charged and your order will be stored aside in order to minimise shipping / customs charges for multiple smaller orders (especially for international buyers). You can place several orders in the same way and once you're ok please email cave.argento@gmail.com for a shipping quote. 

 

CUSTOMS

Unfortunately, i have no way to predict the time or extra cost incurred by customs inspection, so yes, you are responsible for paying any duties or taxes charged by your country’s customs agency.

 

RETURNED ORDERS

If a package has not been collected / has been missed by the customer, i'll only resend the package if the shipping fees is re-paid.

 

LOST ORDERS

I can't be held responsible for lost parcels that has not been shipped with tracked / registered option. In the instance of lost packages, even though it's rare when using a tracked option, i would consider a package lost after 20 days within Italy and 70 days internationally.
